Minister Nkosazana Dlamini-Zuma


Minister in the Presidency for Women, Youth, and Persons with Disabilities, Nkosazana Dlamini Zuma, will deliver the Budget Vote (Vote 20) of the Department of Women, Youth, and Persons with Disabilities on Tuesday, 23 May 2023, from 10:00-12:00.

Deputy Minister Nokuzola Tolashe will also participate in the debate on the Budget Vote. The Budget Vote will provide an update on the department’s mandate of leading the implementation of the empowerment and participation of women, youth, and persons with disabilities through mainstreaming, advocacy, monitoring, and evaluation.

The Budget Vote will also update on the work of the National Youth Development Agency in rolling out Presidential Youth Employment Intervention, the 9th BRICS Youth Summit, and other Youth Empowerment initiatives.
