For the past 16 years my day to day life has revolved around my son with a disability, Gregory. Dealing with his needs has been a challenge. Many of the problems have been ones of basic communication and sourcing the right people and right equipment. ‘I am interested in building up a network of people and services aimed at assisting disabled people and their caregivers’.
Simon Manda

With an inclination to massmedia, Simon has a keen interest in brand, events and production management. He has worked immensely with Ladysmith Black Mambazo, Tourism KZN, Ithala Development Bank and Break Thru Dance Company. He is currently working as the Managing Editor of THISABILITY, a disability awareness tabloid, and has interest in film having been involved in the locally produced and directed film productions like The Puzzle, Kwaito Church Service and The Parasite.
Musa E.Zulu

MUSA E.ZULU is a writer, motivational speaker and an artist who has written two well-known books namely, “Wheels on the Soul of My Shoes” and “The Language of Me”. In 2002, True Love-a women’s magazine, named him “Man of the Moment”. In 2005, Oprah Magazine (SA) named him one of “10 South African Men We Just Love”. He has a boardroom name after him at the Auditor General’s Offices in KwaZulu-Natal and students at Vukuzakhe High School, where he matriculated in 1988, named their group the “MUSA E.ZULU Literacy Club”. In 2007, he won the Black Business Quarterly’s New Entrepreneur and Prestigious Platinum Awards. He is the creative Director of his own company- Valhalla Arts.
Bonga.V.S Khoza

A graduate of ML Sultan (now Durban University of Technology), Bonga is a designer of note who graduated top of his class with a National Diploma in Graphic Design. In 2001, he came out in top three positions internationally in the prestigious Design Indaba showcase. He boasts of being one of the eighteen international designers selected by the international renowned British graphic designer, Vince Frost, to contribute towards the much acclaimed design magazine project, Durbs, which had focus on the Durban city trends. He has worked with a lot in advertising and does a lot of freelance work.
