INCLUDING ALL INDIVIDUALS WITH INTELLECTUAL DISABILITIES!!

The month of October has been declared National Down Syndrome Awareness Month with the objective of not only educating the public about Down syndrome and mental health but also to reduce the stigma and discrimination that persons with disabilities are often subjected to.

The theme to mark this year’s celebration is: “Empowering Dreams, Embracing Diversity”
