The World Games, running from the 8th to the 16th of March 2025, promise to be a showcase of extraordinary talent, and South Africa is ready to shine on the world stage yet again!
Our team of six athletes, all hailing from Gauteng, are training relentlessly to take on the world’s best. Their hard work, resilience, and dedication embody the heart of the Special Olympics movement—proving that sport has the power to unite, uplift, and transform lives.
These athletes are not just competing for medals; they are breaking barriers and showcasing what’s possible when determination meets opportunity.
